Join us for a cozy morning clothing swap with a twist! In addition to our beloved exchange, guests will take part in a curated, concealed mystery swap—adding a touch of surprise and play to the day.

About the event
We’re thrilled to announce our next Conscious Kids Collective event:
SWAP • SURPRISE • SOCIALIZE on Sunday, January 12th, 2025, at
The Village DC from 11 AM to 2 PM.
This thoughtful morning gathering is a chance to sustainably refresh your wardrobe and connect with a vibrant community of womxn. Here’s how it works:
Bring 5 items (clothing and/or accessories) in excellent condition to contribute to the swap.
To ensure size inclusivity, we require guests to complete a sizing survey.
The Mystery Swap
To add an exciting twist, we’ll also partake in a curated mystery exchange where guests will select a concealed bag filled with surprises prepared by another attendee. For this portion of the event:
Bring a small bag containing 2 themed surprise items (themes will be selected after RSVP).
During the event, each guest will take turns choosing a mystery bag, making for a playful moment of discovery.
Pre-Event Activity As an optional pre-event activity, join us the Wednesday before (January 8th) for a special Mystery Bag Decoration Night (location to be revealed). Supplies will be provided, and it’s the perfect chance to creatively express yourself and make the exchange even more special.

$20: Clothing Swap + Decoration Night
RSVP is Mandatory
Space is limited, and guests must RSVP to secure their spot and receive the sizing survey and additional details about the Mystery Bag themes.
Atmosphere & Ambiance
The ambiance of the cafe will be cozy and intimate, adorned with touches of girlhood, soothing scents of coffee and copal, and the warmth of meaningful conversation.
We aim to create an experience filled with connection, purpose, and joy—and we’re so excited for you to be part of it.

This event is generously hosted in partnership with The Village DC. We encourage all attendees to support the café by purchasing something from their delicious menu of drinks and treats.
